no heat on passenger side
No heat on passenger side of 2008 Subaru Outback. Blower works. I have
removed the glove box. All 3 actuators on passenger side appear to be
working

Hmmm. Yeah…start by sticking your head and hand underneath the lower right console, reattaching the actuator cable if necessary.
