Why won’t it move

Does the transmission have fluid in it?

was this a sudden onset problem,such as it was moving and the next day it didn't?explain as best you can by "car not moving" when you put it in gear it dont move? or you feel the transmission go into gear but the car dont move? are you hearing any noises? be as detailed as you can and someone can help point you in the right direction

I put a new transmission in my Cadillac CTS and its still not moving there's fluid in it the only thing I didn't change was the linkage i kept the old one on could that be the problem?
