Make sure they are not set to off position if that selction is available. The door jam switch controls the light inside the vehicle. Does the "door open" buzzer go off when you open the door?

Yes it is set to DOOR and it beeps when the key is in and the door is open. Both lights work if switched on, but do not work with the door. The key fob does not work either do you know how to reprogram. I found instructions and still it does not work. HELP PLEASE

did you ever figure this out, I wonder ours is not working either, but both bulbs work with the on off switch, just not the door.
