I have a 2008 Explorer Sports Trac. Overdrive does not seem to kick in after approx 30 miles per hour. Engine revs up to 2500 RPMs and sounds real loud. OD light is not blinking and when I click switch on column nothing happens other than light indicates OD is off. Any ideas?

That is a little high. Your OD may not be engaging. I would take it to a good transmission shop.

There is a terminal on the side of the transmission that was one of the recall items as I remember.. The terminal got wet and the OD, Cruise would act up/cut out.
