2008 explorer ac

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

installed new tranny, then ac went out, new compressor, still hot air, engine
code egr valve fixed that...still hot air, compressor try's to kick on...sometimes
some cool air will come out then its right back to warm air...?????

Did you pull vacuum on a/c system after installing and install compressor oil and the right amount of Freon in system.

Make sure they changed the expansion block and have correct charge in system.
