Mechanic replaced 2.4engine/water pump in TOY CAMRY SE, 2 weeks later ran hot & he replaced radiator & thermostat. Ran hot again. Water & white smoke comes from exhaust pipe whats wrong with this?

You may have a blown head gasket or cracked head. I would have it pressure tested.
