registering/synchronizing a blue tooth phone

Can you walk me thru setting up my blue tooth edabled cell phone in my 2008 xle toyota camry?

Best thing to do is have your dealer salesperson or a representative from the dealership show/explain it to you. Procedures vary for setting up these phones by both vehicle and manufacturer. I would suggest a quick trip to the dealer where someone can explain this to you for free using language specific to your phone and vehicle.
