Needs to be reset and I think the dealer is the only that can do it !
I wouldn't go to the dealer for this unless it's covered by the warranty or you've tried everything else. Do other phones work? The gen 3 Prius is bad at supporting multiple phones. I'd remove/delete all bluetooth connection settings from your Prius, remove all bluetooth connections from your phone. Restart your phone and Prius and then pair them. If you aren't comfortable doing this you probably have a friend who can do it as well as the Toyota dealer. If they have any trouble, they are likely to say it must be the fault of your phone. If you want the dealer to reset it, an easier or less costly alternative is to reset it yourself by disconnecting and a minute later reconnecting the 12V accessory battery (not the high voltage traction battery.)
