Good observation. You might be able to find a brighter bulb to use in your "backup lights" or install a secondary source of light to be used only while backing up. Just a thought.
Backing up at night is hard enough... the lights are not very bright, therefore not very helpful...

when I only have 15 or so miles "left" in fuel, my tank should only contain approx 1 gallon of fuel. why can I not put more than 15 gallons into my reportedly 18 gallon capacity tank ??
