Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just purchased a 2008 pt, i know timming belt to replace at 102k, mine has 53k on it now i will only drive it a max of 7k a year . My question is should i change timming belt based on years it normally takes to reach 102k based on 15k a year or should i just wait till i get 102k on it which would make the carabout 13 years old when i reach 102k or should i change it based on year it would reach 102k under normal miles driven that would be based on age 2008 to 2015equals would be about 7years old!  15000x7 years =105k so middle of 2015 would be about time 102k would be reached if driven 15k per year!
