p0128 sensor

I have a 2008 PT Cruiser, and I've had my exhisband replace the sensor and
thermostat twice, then the radiator cap the second time, yet the code returned
within 36 hours of the new parts being installed.

What's going on with it?!?

Same with my 2005 drove 160 miles check engine light poopes popped back on for low voltage on both after being replaced it's driving me crazy need to inspect this car!
