what would cause passenger side front and rear floorboards to stay wet

Does it smell like anti freeze? If so bad heater core. Replace heater core. Does it have no smell or smell like wet socks? If so possibly stopped up drain hose from ac evaporator core. Most times a straighten out coat hanger run up the drain hose will free it up. Or use of air compressor to blow the hose out. Are the passenger side windows all the way up? Just a thought.
No, it has no smell. At first it was parked outside and I'm the only one using it so the body shop told me it was the door seal flattening out since I didn't use the back doors. Now its under carport and it still gets the passenger side wet. Yes, windows are up. Where is the drain hose? I'm willing to try anything. I don't want my floorboards rusting out.

does it have a sun roof, possible drain plugged or hose broken.
Yes, does have sun roof, closed good and doesn't appear to be leaking from the top. Seats are all dry. Will check drain hose next. thank you all.
Fixed!..I had same problem. pull plastic off at hood latch. The foam inside the door cavity needs poked out with a wire or coat hanger so rain can flow thru and down to drain holes.
My car is doing this on driver side both front and back it sits in driveway with windows up and lock
