It means the computer is displaying the readings in U.S. Values

hummmmmm...you can type in english so i ASSUME you can read english so...you want info displayed in english...but if you know your metric tablesand live outside the usa.. then go with metric but how fast are you going at 100 kilometer per hour > 60 right..and thats because your speedo has the breakdown..
