If it's not the battery alternator or starter I would test for a parasitic drain

I would do what Ford_fanatac87 suggested as well as pull the radio out and make sure it is connected correctly. The short could be in the radio causing the drain.
Truck goes dead and it's not the alternator, battery or starter they are not even a year old. Radio also want come on
