how do you replace a digital climate control unit on a 2008 pontiac g6

Asked by Jennifer Nov 14, 2019 at 01:51 PM about the 2008 Pontiac G6 GT Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The blower on the car works so does the thermostat. But , even after warming the car, the air blows cold. However, as long as the car is moving....the air blows warm. When you stop , it goes back to cold . I think it is the climate control unit . I would like to know how to take it out myself.

Before changing parts, check your coolant level. You may just be low on fluid causing the temp variations.
