Why on my listing of a2008 mercury Milan does it say one accident reported when my car fax shows none?

I have checked the brake fluid, which is fine. I pulled the front wheels and inspected the bakes pads. The brake pads are 1/4 inch. i could see no leaks.

AC question for 2007 Merc Milan, short trips AC blows cold, longer trips 1-2 hours AC works great for a while, the stops blowing cold and blows hot. If I cut the unit completely off, still driving, in 15-20 minutes, turn unit back on to AC, bingo, works great again for 1-2 hours. Of course, when taken to Mercury Dealer, they can't find a problem, it's working great, "if it anit broke we cant fix it". Yep, I know. Only does this on 1-2 hour trips. Help !
