I have a 2008 toyota yaris , we change the back drums and wheel cyc. now my brake light is on , paddle goes all the way to the floor before showly stopping and it pulling hard to the left and paddle is make a strange sound . None of this was happening before the work was done.

it is simply not possible to replace the drum piston housings without bleeding all the air out of the system, no wonder you have no pedal pressure put a piece of pipe on the bleed nipple get a friend inside the car to press the pedal, open the bleed nipple and close it, you will see air bubbles come out continue this process both sides until no air comes out the pressure is back
