2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ

When im driving down the highway My car is making a
squealing noise. When i apply the brakes or  at a red light it
stops. As soon as I start to accelaerate again,the sound
comes back. Sounds like its coming from the driver side

That could be the wear sensors for the brake pads. Sometimes they will squeak when you're not applying the brakes and stop when you apply the brakes. I had that happen to me with my 93 Caprice. Sounds strange but it can happen. Hope that helps! Jim
