Check underneath for any obstructions. If not, seat will have to come out and checked over. There are four bolts holding the seat in place. They're usually either a standard hex head or torx head. Pull the bolts and lay the seat back and you can get a better look underneath, just watch the wire harness isn't stretched too far. If motor is bad seat will have to be pulled anyhow. On most 4-door models it's often easiest to take the seat out from the back door.
