Power steering

I'm in the middle of changing out the power
steering pump but I can't figure out how to get the
pulley off, the 2 pulley pullers I have don't work for
it. The problem is there's nothing for the puller to
grab on to there's no lip or flange or anything, what
am I doing wrong? Any help and advice would be
greatly appreciated.

Clean it really well, warm up the hub with a propane torch, put a dab of oil on it then hold it in your hands (with good work gloves on) while an assistant taps the center with a hammer and or socket. It should pop off
