running lights on rear are not working

battery died and i installed new one everything works except for the running
lights and tag lights dont work checked the fuse it was good is there a relay
under the hood i need to check

Did you pull the fuse and look at it to see if it was good ? You need a multi tester to see what has power/ground and what don't . Check mega fuses under the hood .

The fuse may be blowing as soon as you apply power to the circuit.
