anti theft 2008 honda accord

i bought a 2008 honda accord from a guy i knew he was sketchy but what ive
gotten myself into is not good... his son is in Europe so he somehow got a key
programmed but the anti theft wont stop going off... the horn doesnt work so it
wont honk, but the lights still flash and the locks on the door wont work with the
button. is there anyway to reset the anti theft and get the horn to work again?

Take the key and lock and unlock the drivers door while the lights r flashing. This should reset the alarm.
