Right rear caliper not releasing.
Tried the bleed screw, don't help.
Checked to see if parking brake was not fully released. Parking brake lever
on caliper is against the stop.
Replaced caliper. worked fine in the garage when replaced. Drove 5 miles
and the caliper is tight again. No pressure is released when bleed screw is
loosen and the caliper does not release again.

Research a bad rubber brake line. Will not look bad but internally will be collapsed
Opened the bleeder on the caliper, no pressure. Thanks for the response.
No air, brake fluid. What I am saying is I thought it might be the brake hose. I loosen the bleeder to relieve any pressure, there wasn't any and the caliper is still applied.
