Rear Fan Noise

Asked by curtisj110 Mar 17, 2011 at 11:27 AM about the 2008 Lincoln Navigator 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is a sound coming from the Rear Cargo area Passenger side that sounds like a fan needing Grease or something.  Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what did you do to fix it?  How do you access the fan?
