Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How do I unlock the remaining doors without using the key? The manual said hold the driver's door handle foe 3 seconds - but this is not working.

It most likely will be something that the dealer needs to change by using the cars computer. Try pulling the handle and holding it "open" for 3 seconds instead of just holding the handle (just an idea). If that doesn't work just open the drivers door and then unlock the remaining doors by pressing the power lock button - that will unlock all the doors so that you don't have to take the key out. Like I said, most likely something to do with the cars computer.

Actually Susan I just found this thread on a Prius forum that could be useful - http://priuschat.com/forums/prius-main-forum/48095-smart-key-unlocking-question-driver-side-v-s-passenger-side.html Looks like page 48 of your owners manual will tell you how to change the setting. Good luck!!
