have a 2008 rav4 and tranny just went going around a turn. it doesnt go foward or reverse. can hear like a grinding in tranny when it is put in drive or reverse. any answers?

Yeah, take it (tow it) to a transmission repair facility or even a Toyota dealer (may cost more but the peace of mind having EOM parts is a value too).
