Dealer cost for the compressor is for the OEM Denso compressor is $716. Dealer cost for a Honda OEM condensor from Honda $443. You would need to have the refrigerant recovered, the system flushed, the receiver drier replaced (OEM $25) , system evacuated and leak-tested, and refilled with R-134a (about $200). Labor to replace the components would run about $450 or so (minimum), for a total of $2200 or so. You could buy cheap Chinese junk like someone suggested and maybe get away for $1100 if quality and longevity is not a factor, For instance, it would be OK to get a system working for a quick resale. Overall, expect a dealer cost around $2200, but if you don't care about what you put in your car, go ahead and cheap-out by getting an ebay compressor for $120, a condensor for $100, a receiver/drier for $100, and have them installed an running for the $1100 or so.

You can get a remanufactured unit for 110.00 and the condenser and orings for about 105.00. Then find a shop willing to do the work labor time is about 275.00. so you should be around 850.00 with the test for vacuum and recharge. 2200.00 is a crazy price.
