Please let me know how to disable the back door windows so they go down all the way.

You can't; they don't go down the whole way because of the shape of the door and the regulator assembly's movement in the doorframe. It's not a safety feature, it's a design thing.

That's why i always roll my front windows down to match the height of the back windows...

I'm assuming you are the person posting the recent array of CR-V questions. I have a question for you; did you even bother to read your owners manual? That will answer the majority of you rather routine questions. Just a thought.
