noise, or kinda sounds like a high pitch howling noise, ... could it be possibly a master brake cylinder, or something

I have a 2008 tiburon gs, & every time I use the brakes, I have sorta a whistle  
noise, or kinda sounds like when you blow up a ballon & then pull the sides to
make that whistle noise while letting air out of it....could it be possibly a
master brake cylinder, or something,... I’m sitting at a red light & pushed on
the brakes a couple times & each time it did this noise... any ideas ?

I don’t think it’s that, they still got wear left to them , ... i tested it out by parking it & just putting the brakes on & off, & I still got the same noise, ( sounds like letting air out of a balloon slowly the squealy noise the balloon makes ) ...also I think when I kept foot on brake I think I felt it go lower slowly....

Yeah if you're sitting still and it's still making a noise then it's not the brake pads I don't know what to tell you I haven't come across that problem yet
