I put a question on and got three answers. Two of them asked me how many miles are on the vehicle. How do I respond?

Mileage is relevant to many questions. If someone asks for miles then tell them.

55,000 Miles on this 3.3 .we had a 2008 2.7 L with about 60,000 miles on it that had the same problem. I replaced the coil on The middle back cylinder which meant I had to remove the intake manifold. It appears I would have to remove the intake manifold again on this one if it is the coil or the plug. One person says to try Lucas oil or clean boost max. Should I try some Lucas oil ( which ever product )or some clean boost max before I start dismantling this and start replacing the coil and the plug or the wire. I am assuming having more codes pulled on it won't show whether it is the plug, coil, or wire without tearing into it?
