there are cheap plastic switches in the master window panel . I have the same window issue and replaced the control panel in drivers door. Did not help changed the window motor. Did not help. Turns out it is a bad crusty wiring harness in drivers door and apparently this is a common problem in these cars. Mine is an 05 santa fe gls and Hyundai should be ashamed over the cheap plastic wiring and connectors they used for an otherwise great car. So I urge you to have your wiring harness checked out before buying a bunch of parts that you may not need. Also these cars have hidden relays behind the fuse panel that you can check as well

Ps to above answer on now motor .when I say wiring harness im referring to just the one in the drivers side front door that controls your window motors and locks . The harness tends to get dry and crack at the middle between door and chassis connecting behind your fuse panel under dash to left of bottom steering wheel . I found 4 wires that had become damaged in the protected tubing probably due to heavy stress and high Temps with living in central calif summers. Very hard on wires that get a lot of action like in the opening and closing of door . Hope this helps
