How to fix my truck?

I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma when trying to crank the dash
lights come on and flicker and fade out but I hook a jump
box to it they come on like normal and clicks rapidly I've
changed the starter and the battery still same thing and the
radio will not power on any help

Scan for codes even if the light ain't on , could be the ECM , Check fuse tangs for discoloration and clean tight battery cable/wire connections
