my 2008 dodge charger is having major electrical issues.

it is an old police car that has only 64k miles on it. recently started to have 4
warning lights come on during normal driving which is the ABS, Check engine,
traction control and the SEP. sometimes the speedometer drops to 0mph while
im still going roughly 45mph...  i am also having problems starting it
sometimes... anyone know a solution to this problem?

should also note that the problem with the warning lights and the power loss only persist for 10-20 seconds each time but it is becoming more and more frequent. few people have told me they think its the speed sensor so i went and ordered 2 new sensors for the rear which i will get installed on monday...
