2008 dodge - front end noise

Sounds like the steering pump is on it's way out or low on fluid. All depends on the noise it's making. If it's a whine then the pump, if it's a hissing sound then that's normal as it's the pressure in the system.
i checked the fluid and it's fine. when i turn the steering wheel there's a creaking sound that rather loud.
still might be the steering pump bearing, or the bearings in the top of the shock absorber mounts. If you can jack the front up and check with and without the engine running to determine if it's the pump or the suspension columns.
