Should i buy a car thats was stolen before

I don't disagree with the above posts, but I will add just a single caveat to that. If you are looking to buy the car and gut it as a track car, then I'd consider it. BUT...for about 1/4 of it's normal value. I mean you need to get it CHEAP as a track rat is about all it's going to be good for. If looking to purchase for any other use, avoid it.
