I don't believe you have a flasher component part. Whether turn signal or hazard, The integrated power module is notified when you turn the switch and reacts appropriately, for turn signal or hazard. Any applicable trouble codes? Maybe some of my colleagues have a better answer? I can't troubleshoot that from here?

No trouble codes. With keyfab, taillights don't blink with front ones.
