2009 Toyota Matrix Engine

I got an oil chnage done and my engine light came
on. The mechanic said it's nothing of a major issue
However, my light comes on every other week and
last for 1 week. Not sure what the reason to this is
PLEASE HELP

No its not the oil indicator light. It's the engine light. Ever since I had my recent oil change my light has been popping up. Sometimes when my light comes on my car will jerk too

have it scanned for codes and post them

my engine light is intermittent as well. I was told that it was the CO2 heat sensor in the back.
