Chrysler 300 won't start
Why won't the car start ? It doesn't click or make any noise when turning the
key. New battery , shifter in park , but temperature is -38c.

Gently thump the starter and solenoid with a piece of wood. At that temperature the slightest moisture can make things lock up tight. You can also use a hair dryer to warm it without doing damage. Do not use a propane torch....too hot....ruins plastics, etc. Also, check battery terminals for looseness.
