About the only thing it could be is no injector pulse. Try spaying some starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it fires off. If it does then there is no fuel injector pulse. You can verify this with a noid light.

Theres a dadgum fuse under the hood, driver box, that says sensor. Check if its blown, I know it throws a p1505 and p1507 on OBDII scan. Finally just fixed it, I experienced a sudden stall and no spark with this fuse blown and replace the IAC, cam and crank sensor trying to figure this out. I hope this helps!!!
If it has a manual transmission check the clutch safety switch. This switch tells the computer that the clutch pedal is on the floor, and the car wont start unless you have your foot on the clutch. Our 2009 Spectra wouldn't crank or start, and made a kind of whirring sound when the key was in the on position. The switch in question is under the clutch pedal, it is the switch on the bottom, not the top, and it is designed in such a way that if a grommet falls out of the hole the switch does not engage, and the car does not start. We replaced the switch, and put a nut in the hole, and the car is now starting fine.
I have a 2009 Kia Spectra EX and started to sputter and the died. There is gas delivery to the engine/injectors, there is spark coming out of coil(s), the timing belt is intact, the camshaft position sensor tested good, I cleaned the idle air control valve and MAP sensor and the crankshaft position sensor looked to have test bad so I ordered a new crankshaft position sensor. Hopefully, that will be the issue because after all that, the Kia will not start.
