2008 c350 instrument cluster doesn't work

[2008][C350][Instrument Cluster] I left my car parked for 24 days as I was
travelling for the holidays. When I came back, the instrument cluster was out.
Also, I noticed that the tiny clock which often appears at the top of the radio
screen was gone too. The cluster came back on on its own later but the time
was wrong. Any idea whats happening?
