my stereo shuts off every 30 minutes while i am driving the 2008 e-350

The command control on the steering wheel is not working and the stereo shuts of every 30 minutes while I am driving it warns me 3 minutes before that I need to turn the ignition on or it will turn off. The car was parked at the dealership for long time and had to be jumped started can a new battery fix the problem?

Try to find where your Radio fuse is located and replace it first, before you spend unnecessary money. Any Mercedes-Benz dealer will look up its lactation & can give you a print out showing where the Radio fuse is. Good luck.

it was the battery!!! I put a new battery on and everything started working. Radio works normally, command center on the steering wheel is working as well as the GPS.
Dude!!! You just saved me $900 that dealer said I had to replace AGW. Thanks!!
You guys Rock... between pulling fuses for an hour to reset all 3 system.. Radio, Navigation and Command Center and finding that my positive battery terminal was a bit loose and the AMG tight suspension bouncing cables on battery terminal too. Simple and inexpensive fix... all of your combined ideas came together and I fixed it myself... solid!
