heater blower not working right whats wrong

ck if there is a dedicated fuse for blower motor, if good locate blower motor usually located passenger side near kick panel or under hood passenger side near the firewall. probe wires for voltage to motor, if 12 volts exist replace motor if not replace blower resistor near blower motor.

If it only works on one setting change the resistor. Web probably had a video for your vehicle.
