2008 ford throttle body and throttle position sensor
I took my car into autozone because of a check engine light. Their machine
picked up the throttle position sensor as the problem. Took it into ford and
they had us replace the throttle body and throttle position sensor. 2 months
later engine light is popping back on. Back into auto zone and their machine
picks up tps again. Take the truck back to ford and they say they had to do a
software update to communicate between new throttle body and computer.
Does this seem like a proper diagnosis and sequence of repairs?
