2008 Chevy Silverado

When driving my truck today it lost power if I even
try to accelerate it it won’t. Turned it off for few
minutes turned back on and ran just fine. But it did
it again except it completely shut off this time

Engine light? Dash display error icons lit up? OBDII error codes? Try removing the battery cable to reset the computer & restart the truck and drive. (Remove the Vortec cover, leave if off, and "jossell" the wiring harness routed aound the top back of the engine while pulling it forward a bit. Sounds crazy, worked for me.
