Reverse CHMSL lights not working but the Brake CHMSL lights are.

Problem - my reverse white tail lights work when I put the truck in reverse however the CHMSL reverse lights don't.   I assume the wire is in the cab under on the driver side.  I will check to see if there is power going to the CHMSL reverse light wires but assuming there isn't, is it common for this to happen?  If so where is the most likely place the wire broke?   All Brake lights work in the tailgate including the CHMSL brake lights.

Are those white lights above the rear window reverse lights or do they light up the truck bed?

I believe they'r reverse lights but perhaps your right, they are for lighting up the bed. I can check my manual.

Tenspeed, thanks for pointing out the obvious! Now don't I feel stupid. Although it's funny... the repair shop didn't realize that, the inspection place didn't realize that so now i get to go back and show them how its done.
