only way to get car to drive when this happens is to shift manually from 1 through to drive. After that car runs fine for rest of day. Sometimes it shifts into gear hard.

I have 2013 Altima. My car drives well for few minutes and then all of sudden tries to stop. The RPM goes down and no matter how much I press the gas pedal, it doesn't move forward for couple of seconds (max 10 seconds) and all of sudden it speed ups quick. And then it runs normal until I turn off car for 5 - 6 hours. The issue repeats again if I drive my car after 5 - 6 hours. My check light is ON. Any suggestions? 1 Answer
