If your car vibrates while braking it usually is warped disc brake rotors. Many times warped brake rotors are caused by over tightening the lug nuts. Although sometimes a rotor can be machined (turned) to get rid of the warped area, usually it requires brake rotor replacement. If you end up turning the rotors or replacing them you should also replace the brake pads. Make sure you use quality name brand parts.

It's not when I'm braking it's more like when I'm sitting at a light or stop sign
Okay, sound like it has a miss fire. Is the check engine light on?
Get the check engine light code read at a local autoparts store. This is usually a free service. The code can point us to the source of the problem. How many miles on this car?

It said it was the O2 sensor when the mechanic checked and we replaced it
If the check engine light is still on there is a problem that has not been fixed.
