2008 Nissan Altima power steering acting up

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima, and I’ve been having a
problem that when I turn it on the steerring wheel
gets hard and but when it gets warm the steering
wheel gets soft. Also when I turn to either side it
make line a growling noise. I just had a power
steering line replaced because it was leaking but
the growling noise was happening before . Thanks
for the help.

you either dont have enough fluid or there is air in the system
