Why does it take forty five minutes to fill my nissan moreno up with gas?

We're pumping fuel in my Nissan,. The gas pump stopped light the tank is
already full but it's empty. And sometimes it will shoot gas back out. When I fill
up the tank. , it may take me up to 30 minutes just to fill it up because I have to
pump. The fuel is strangely slow.  . They told me at the dealership that it needs
a new gas cap. So I? Purchased one. Of them but nothing has changed period
how can I fix this problem with?
