P0567 code

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Canyon 3.7 is outputting a
obd code p0567,when I check that code
it says cruise control resume signal,yet
my truck does not have cruise control.
Any help would be great

You are sure it does not have CC? I would clear the code and see if it comes back.

Anything not working? Brake lights, turn signals, or anything that might be connected to the cruise control system if you had cruise control? Check for a blown fuse. Maybe a fuse blew and the PCM is misreading it as a cruise control issue even though you don't have that option. Hope that helps! Jim

Everything is working fine,I've reset the code several times but it keeps coming back,and no blown fuses,or loose connections that I can find

Update...this p0567 code started appearing when I was plowing my driveway,and continued after I removed the plow. Put plow on for storm yesterday,and the check engine went off,and hasn't come back on?? Maybe something in plow wiring caused the problem?? Who knows,but it's gone and I did nothing else except install and remove the plow
